It is so easy to be busy in ministry. Pray that we will have wisdom to seek God for the most crucial priorities each day, and especially to spend time in communion with Him.
Community Relationships
This Thursday, June 18, YBL Birmingham is observing a day of fasting and prayer to seek healing and God’s wisdom in our country and our world. Please pray for this to have a positive effect in our community and in our people, and for God to work through this time.
Discipleship Groups and their Leaders
Many groups take breaks for a period of the summer. Pray for our leaders during this time as they maintain relationships with their group members through phone calls, texts and one on one meetings, all of which build community and strengthen the groups when they come together again.

YBL Birmingham has its first Summer Series event via Zoom this Thursday, June 18th. Dr. Harry Reeder will be sharing about the life of civil war/union army General Joshua Chamberlain, his faith and work as a professor, commander and later governor of Maine.
