Faithful to All Generations: Seeing Gen-Z Through God’s Eyes

What comes to mind when you think of Gen Z? Do you think tomorrow’s leaders are self-obsessed, lazy, and secular? Now, how do you think God sees them? Psalm 119:90 reminds us that, “Your faithfulness endures to all generations, you have established the earth, and it stands fast.”

We all would do well to remember that the Lord is faithful to all generations, and regardless of where one falls within generational lines, we are commanded to “Be imitators of me as I am of Christ,” as the Apostle Paul exhorts in 1 Corinthians 11:1. 

This week’s blog not only emphasizes the Lord’s mighty work occurring within Gen Z but reminds those of us in preceding generations of the possibility to learn from those younger than us. As we seek to lead purposeful, faithful, and godly lives in the work environment (and in all areas of life), let’s continue to teach this young generation and learn from them too.
