Pray For YBL and WBL Leadership
Pray for YBL & WBL Leadership, Rob, Drew, Sharon, and Chris: Pray for excellent meetings and humble hearts, that we would all continue learning and growing into more useful servants of Jesus.
Pray For Our Community Relations
Praise God for multiple ways to serve others in our communities – pray for wisdom to know how to best take advantage of service and partnership opportunities to show God’s love and make Jesus known in our cities.
Pray For Our Discipleship Groups and their Leaders
Pray for wisdom as several new groups are being discussed for the fall. Pray also for the people who have expressed the desire to join small groups as a result of our recent summer events. Pray especially that people will be bold and mature to reach out and pray we will connect with everyone who has a desire to be in gospel community.
Pray for Our Special Events/Ministry
Praise God for the first YBL Summer Series event last week! We had a strong turnout and all three panelists shared with clarity and humility how God has guided them in the marketplace and in the topic of who they are – in Christ. Pray this week for the follow up from the event.
Continue to pray for the six-week WBL summer series, that women will experience community through these studies and want to take a next step in faith with Jesus. The next meeting is Wednesday, July 24.
Continue to pray for Drew and plans for the YBL Jackson Men’s Retreat coming up in about ten days (July 26th). Pray that God will be moving in men’s hearts and the Holy Spirit will use the time together in a powerful way.
