Pray For YBL and WBL Leadership

Pray for YBL & WBL Leadership, Rob, Drew, Sharon, and Chris: Pray for a strong finish to the summer follow up and for wisdom as we begin to enact plans for the fall.

Pray For Our Community Relations

Pray for wisdom as we engage and serve other non-profits in the city, that we can help disciple and encourage those who labor to make our community better in various ways.

Pray For Our Discipleship Groups and their Leaders

Pray for our discipleship group leaders as many are preparing to relaunch their groups for the fall. Pray that men in the groups will not only re-engage, but also invite others to join them. The YBL monthly Discipleship Group Leaders meetings resume in September.

Pray for Our Special Events/Ministry

Praise the Lord for bringing together the beginnings of a Women Business Leader study at an accounting firm in Jackson, Mississippi, where YBL is firmly planted. Please pray for God’s blessings and direction on this group study and others in the making.

Continue to pray for the six-week Birmingham WBL summer series, that women will experience community through these studies and want to take a next step in faith with Jesus. Their final meeting is tomorrow, Wednesday, August 21. 

Pray for God’s blessing and outreach upon the WBL Evening Entrepreneur Group, meeting for their first monthly meeting tonight at The Hub in Homewood.

Praise God for the conclusion of the Birmingham YBL Summer Series. Pray for ongoing impact from those events as the follow up continues and we seek to connect men with Christ, with mentors and small groups.
