Pray For YBL and WBL Leadership

Pray for YBL & WBL Leadership, Rob, Drew, Sharon, and Chris: Pray that they will be renewed and strengthened as they seek God’s direction and wait upon Him as fall and winter ministry plans come together.

Pray For Our Community Relations

Pray for women and men throughout Birmingham and surrounding communities to have hearts prepared for the gospel and to be drawn to YBL and WBL events scheduled this fall.

Pray For Our Discipleship Groups and their Leaders

Pray specifically the Lord would provide an excellent leader for a WBL study beginning in October that is now in the planning process.  Pray for wisdom as new groups for both YBL and WBL are being discussed for the fall. Pray also for the people who have expressed the desire to join small groups as a result of our recent summer events. Pray for boldness and maturity in our people. Pray that we will reach out and connect to all who desire Gospel community.

Pray for Our Special Events/Ministry

Praise our Lord for the many men who came to hear our panelists for the YBL second Summer Series this past Thursday.  Pray that the Lord will work the truth that was shared deep into the lives of those who attended and that they will be motivated to seek out further opportunities to grown in their faith and share what they are learning.

Continue to pray for the six-week WBL summer series, that women will take the truths taught and implement them in their thinking and living.  The remaining two studies are Wednesday, August 7 and 21.
