For the past 30 years, Phil Reddick has been fulfilling the responsibilities of both the Executive Director of YBL as a national organization with offices in 4 cities, and the role of Birmingham City Director. This is an exciting moment for YBL Birmingham as we hope to see a multi-pronged approach to Young Business Leaders as a national organization and a concentrated effort to continue to grow our presence in the city of Birmingham.
