$2,500 BENEFACTOR … includes 2 teams at the Golf Tournament … plus recognition at our banquets

$1,500 PATRON … includes 1 team at the Golf Tournament … plus recognition at our banquets

$ 900 … simply to field a team

$ 225 … to participate as an individual golfer
