Now the word of the Lord came to Jonah the son of Amittai, saying,2 “Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and call out against it, for their evil[a]has come up before me.” 3 But Jonah rose to flee to Tarshish from the presence of the Lord. Pray this week that we would be found faithful to seek, minster and live in and through the presence of the Lord even as COVID cases rise and ministry opportunities become more abundant.
- Community relationships
Pray for decision makers in the businesses in the cities that we serve. They are anxious about the challenging decisions that are constantly in front of them as COVID cases spike. Also, pray for local church pastors/staff as they make decisions for their congregations.
- Discipleship Groups and their Leaders
Pray for our groups leaders as they continue to do front-line ministry with their groups during this challenging season. Pray against frustration! Pray that they would love Jesus more and more and out of that abiding love, they will shepherd well.
- Special events /ministry
YBL Jackson had a very successful Sporting Clay Shoot fundraiser. We are grateful to the Lord for his provision for Jackson.
